Does the premium upgrade include Rain radar forecast?

I recall the original subscribers were given lifetime premium access?

Hi, does the wind direction shown on the iphone map show actual wind direction over the terrain, or does one need to add or subtract the magnetic declination/variation for the east or west hemispheres? Thanks. L.
