In the local forecast panel (meteogram) you can click on Compare to open a comparison table: the update time is shown on the right side, but it is UTC time (Z).
@korina thank you. There is no problem on bigger screens with mouse pointer which is small. But small displays like iPhone/iPad where the bubble size is equal to finger size makes it very uncomfortable.
