My suggestion would be to include the Wind Chill factor (the effect of the wind on the temperature generally in winter) and the Heat Index (the effect of the humidity generally in summer).
I think it is not complicated to calculate it, there are tables for it; and it can be done automatically. It would be of great help around the world.
