When looking at the category "Rain, thunder" there is a scale in the bottom right corner that can be toggled between in and mm. What does this scale mean in terms of precipitation rate. For example does it mean inches (or millimeters) of liquid precipitation rate of inches/hour, inches/3-hours, inches/day?
