I maintain 3 locations as presets representing where I have homes. I can change the startup location in settings, but it has no impact on the startup location when I open the app. It always starts at the place where I first installed it. The actual locations are displayed in the upper left menu, but Windy won't default to my choose startup location. I choose specific locations rather than IP address because of unpredictability of addresses associated with various internet providers. I am using a Mac and Safari current releases.
