    • RE: Historical Data

      From what I read (maybe even here), the Meteostat platform might be helpful for you. I'm currently working on one project and in need of some weather historical data. I haven't checked Meteostat yet, but I discovered that the Wunderground site allows finding historical weather by searching for a city, zip code, or airport code. Hopefully, this info will be useful for someone else.

      @MaxiBez
      Thanks a lot! It took me time to look for this information and I still need it for the projects I'm currently working on with the guys from https://premieressaywriting.com/ To be honest, I didn't think I face such a problem. I thought all weather apps offer historical data. I'll check Meteostat for sure in the hope to find all the needed info there.

    • RE: How to show recommended kite sizes?

      If you are still in search, there is a guide on how to choose the kite size in the Windy app. I found it on the Windy blog when I was looking for the same info. So, you need to go to the Main menu, then Settings, and then Units. At the end of the screen, enter your exact weight. Now you should open the nearest or your favorite spot in the app and choose a Kite weather profile by the icon right of the weather models. At the weather parameters, you can now see the exact kite size depending on your weight and wind speed.

      I also looked for the weather historical data and didn't find any app that offers it.

      I rarely watch TV, but I often see Windy on YouTube.
