Selection of switch to turn on particles animation stays on from session to session. Pressure isobars switch does NOT. I always have to set it, rather than keeping it on as default.

Bad News!!!! Used to go from Login directly to wind map. Now goes to Forums. Took me 3 weeks to sus out which button to push. Wastes everybody's time.

"Sticky" refers to the act of keeping a setting when screen events change.

Your Wind Intensity setting is NOT "sticky".

For the last 15 years, when I log off, the Wind Intensity setting reverts to "Normal". I have to enter the Menu and reset it to "High", wasting my time.

I have been using Windy ever since I first heard about it, about 20 years ago, and I have never gone Premium. The reason is that I am subjected to programming errors that you never fix. And if you ignore me when I help you to fix the errors, why should I pay you?!?!

I am running Acer Chromebook 713, and you seem to be ignoring Android in your "improvements". This is your new page for Fire Danger. After two weeks or more of this, you would think it would be fixed.

Worse, I cannot remove Fire Danger from the menu. You force me to waste a spot in my menu that I would like to use for something else ... something useful.

1. Settings are not sticky, and are removed on re-boot, notably Wind Presentation and Starting Point, which reverts to "Determine by my IP" on every load. Those of your customers recognizing security threats use a VPN, so the virtual Internet gateway, not the previous selection, is used for the starting point.
2. Dark Mode presents your page with data indecipherable. You have ignored the improvements to Chrome OS that have removed screen glare from viewer's eyes, by muting colors. Data becomes lost in your presentation of the many new styles of color modes, notably new Dark Modes.

These and other failures over the years have shown me that you do not pay attention to feedback from your users, as I and others have been reminding you of these shortcomings over the 2 decades your app has been available. This allows us to conclude that paying for Premium gives us no additional benefit, and is a waste of time and money.

In all probability you are losing Revenue due to these oversights and others. I estimate 100,000 users times $3 per month, or $3,600,000 a year, lost to this inattention to detail. That would come to over $10 millions since I first started reporting this error, years ago.

Most of your clientele are not professional weather people, but citizens who plan our lives around weather events. We do not want to waste our money on subscriptions from unresponsive app management.

Been considering Premium over 10 YEARS. But my hundred msgs to you about fixing software before I do so have been ignored. People pay money for professional critique, but you ignore it, and never fix obvious software errors. Now you have the gall, the rudeness, the idiocy to put an ad in front of me for Premium THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN EXIT BUTTON SO I CAN KNOCK IT DOWN. And you ask for money again.!! I am forced to use page edit tools to rid myself of it. You are simply not trustworthy enough for me to pay for services. And your marketing is amateurish. You have a good product, but you are too uncaring.

So I've asked you to make my Settings sticky for over ten years, so I go to Premium, and you have ignored me. I have to reset every time I reboot. Now you take away the functions I use, and you expect me to meet your demands for me to go Premium. Who the HELL makes your Marketing decisions?!?!

Would have gone to Premium years ago, but you don't pay attention when I point out errors. Three settings that are not sticky when rebooting, reloading. 1] wind intensity will not stay on high. 2] Startup location will not stay on GPS. 3] Pressure isobar lines button will not stay on. These issues were given to you repeatedly over the last 10 years. Now a new issue pops up. I have gone to Dark Mode to save my eyeballs, but you have not yet tested it. Your daily bar, available by define the location, is not readable. I have been waiting a year for you all to recognize the problem. No joy. Get with it, Guys!! You are acting complacent.!!

The new Dark Mode from Google renders elements of your screen unreadable. The popup bars with data in them have had their colors changed but the white text remains the same. I like using their Dark Mode as it reduces my headaches from the screen. But I am unwilling to make temporary changes just to read the weather, in spite of the fact that Windy is the best ever weather site. I have been using it for about 12 years, and I would be a Premium member except for the fact you have NOT paid attention to my previous Bug reports, sent many times over the years. ie. My favored settings do not stick. I have two settings that I have to reset every time I reboot: "high wind animation" and "startup location". These settings always go to Default after I log in to Chrome. Sure hope you fix these things. I would like to reward you by becoming a Premium user of Windy.

WIND INTENSITY AND PRESSURE GRADIENT ARE SET BACK TO DEFAULT AFTER I AM FORCED TO LOGIN. THEY STAY FOR THE SESSION, WHICH INCLUDES SLEEP MODE, BUT WILL DISAPPEAR ON CLOSING THE WINDOW OR SHUTDOWN.**

THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON OVER A YEAR AND HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES.

Please keep in mind that my words are not criticism. My testing and reporting of software errors used to be paid for. It is now done by concerned users. What I am saying has value.
