CONECT GARMIN GLO2 in IPad

I have a GARMIN GLO2 and I can't connect my Windy on the IPad, I was able to connect to the laptop via web because there is a plug in that I installed that allows me to connect via Bluetooth. Is there any plug in for the iPad that I can connect to the Garmin GLO 2?
