The advantage are separated sensors for all parameters. You can mount anemometer on the rooftop and temperature sensor in the different place 2 meters above the ground. I have one and by the CumulusMX I upload data to windy.com

So far I send my readings from Ecowitt weather station via CumulusMX but I need to have computer on all the time. I would like to configure uploading data from Ecowitt weather station to windy.com by Customized window in WS View or on my display console? Is it possible at all?
In CumulusMX all I need to set is the API key, time interval between updates and UV measurements on/off.
In turn, in WSView in Customized uploading I can choose Ecowitt protocol and enter the following data:
Server IP/Hostname
Path
Station ID
Station Key
Port
Upload Interval
Would it be work if I filled this form in my app or on console using API key and info about windy paths?
I have a remark/suggestion for windy developers to make shorter API key if possible.
I tried to convince the producers of Ecowitt / Froggit weather stations so as that collected data be sent automatically from the console. However, the API key is 123 characters long and their engineer replied that only up to 64 characters could be entered into the Customized Setup field. This means that for now it will not be possible to send data without additional software for this reason, and yet there are quite a few users using this equipment.
