It would be suitable to provide a screenshot to pinpoint exactly the area where you observed these wind anomalies.

ECMWF model cannot provide the precise location of these thunderstorms. Only 1km-resolution models could do that, but none is available in this area.
However the Satellite layer, in infra view, provides the location of the current storms but not their future position.
