Hi, I don't think a screen recording would be of any help. You would see that windy shows the GPS location spot at some random place in Germany (while I am in Norway). How should that help the support ti figure out WHY is it doing that. Either you can reproduce the effect or some developper has an idea of what the cause might be but a screen recording certainly does not give you any clue.

@covecs I really don't understand how they can mess up with such a basic feature as GPS location display. Hundreds of apps are handling that w/o problems

@covecs sxeems no one from the app developer is reading this or they don't care. Is there any other channel to contact them and urge them to soplve the issue ?

I have the same problem with an iphone 10 (see my bug report)
Even in the past the dot showing the location disappeared after some time, sometimes after seconds, sometimes after a minute or so.
But now Windy does not show the right location from the beginning. Instead it shows various locations in Germany while I am in Norway currently. Only in about 20% of attempts it shows the right location in Norway, but again it disappeares after a short time again.
ALL other apps using GPS location work perfectly fine ! This is really annoying !

Windy has never been very quick and stable in displaying the current position. Note: I am of course comparing with other apps like Google maps, map out, Komoot all trails, etc.

For a few weeks now, it is even worse. Sometimes Windy is not able to display the position. I am currently in Norway and very often it displays me various locations in my home country Germany. important: all the other apps almost instantly display my current position, so GPS signal is strong. I don’t understand how that can be, because I assume that Windy uses the same signal from my iPhone 10 as all the other apps so why is Windy not displaying the position while all the others do?
