I have premium on my ipad mini. However, where do I log in on my ipad pro and iphone so that my premium account will be recognized?

Does one subscription to premium cover ipad mini, pro, and iphone/

*I signed up for Windy Premium on my Ipad Mini and would assume I can also have it on my ipad pro and iphone but both devices want me to subscribe again. Shouldn’t one subscription cover all three?
