What’s the blue donut over central India?

I was watching a severe thunderstorm around McPherson, Kansas using the Weather radar view. (Windy Version 46.0.4 Pro)

I noticed some bluish arcs / circles on the edge of the storm. These were slowly increasing in size before fading out completely. Here is a screenshot of some around Hutchinson, Medora, Inman and south of McPherson. What are these?

I’m trying to view the jet stream. On the wind screen wind speed shows wind speeds up to 70 MPH by different colors. They are assigned blue, green, orange and so on. But when I change the altitude up above 5,500 meters, new colors start to appear that are not found in the color bar at the bottom of my screen (white and yellow). How do I interpret these colors? Here is a screenshot.

I’m using the Windy app on my iPad.
Version 14.1.3. Pro user.
