I have paid for premium and got nothing but download app- which I did. This program is hard to use and the old one was far better-

My windy page says "Download App" I did and still am having big issues. Windy said go tell someone else- a third party they overcharged you. How about since I paid twice I get ANY Windy program that works and you just keep the extra money. It worked better before I bought premium,

As you can see off to the right I am a premium member but it says download and I can't get wave height and wind-

I loved Windy- I fish and used it to see the waves and wind. That is all I need. But I went from basic to premium and now it's so complicated that I don't even want it anymore. First off, they sent me a renewal notice. Okay- so I have many different things I pay for and when I got that notice I paid for the premium. Then I got a notice to download so I did. Then I got a notice that they double billed me and they said let fastpay or whoever know because you were not due till November. It was under 20 so I was going to just blow it off. But- I am now stuck with download and no premium and nothing but stuff I don't want on my page. They give you complicated directions about who to call to change everything. I like easy- I don't want to hop a bunch of silly hoops for anything. WTH- And this stinks-

It would be nice to be able to use the program without the download app on the screen and the services I want unavailable. Also- clearly "Suty" I was told to contact the admin- it appears I was double charged and it would be nice to get some help=

I got a notice that I needed to update to premium. I did. Then I got a notice that I wasn't due to update till november. They wanted me to ask Fast for a refund. Too complicated. But I can't make my premium work and so-??? What did I get for twice the money. I need a person to actually help me out- talk with me while I am on the computer trying to fix it-

And if the mistake is on YOUR end, why is it our responsibility to fix it. You guys should fix it. I keep getting a message to download premium- then it throws me back to fastsprings over charged me and to contact them for a refund. At this point I just want Windy to work right- it's what I paid for. I am upset with Windy!!!!! Windy can deal with fastsprings. I am part of the Humboldt Tuna Club with over 3000 members- and fish the west coast and belong to a lot of fishing groups with members that use Windy. WINDY please take care of the problem.
