I have just paid the annual fee for using Windy Premium.

Unfortunately, the app still shows that I need to pay. I opened my profile on Windy, logged out, and logged back in. The screen still shows that I am not in premium mode.

I am only using Android and do not have, nor will I have, access to a desktop computer. What should I do?

This is not the first time this app has caused me issues
