Incredibly well-written and highly informative. Thank you!

    • Remove Labels from Map No Longer Works

In Chrome, I had a plugin in my bookmarks that would remove all labels from the map, leaving just borders and colors. The plugin was "javascript:W.labelsLayer.remove()". Does anyone know of another plugin that would work since this no longer works?

    • RE: Plugin to clear logos and legends?

@idefix37 I’m trying to create weather maps using PowerPoint and the scales, legends, options, etc are in the way on the map. I was just wondering if it was possible to hide them like I can hide all the labels on the map.

    • Plugin to clear logos and legends?

I was wondering if there was a plugin available that essentially clears everything on the screen, except for the map itself. Is there any way to hide the scales, legends, time slider, and logos?

    • RE: Customize Color Scales

@idefix37 Ah, thank you, idefix! Didn't realize the "view code" allows you to view and edit the RGB values.

    • Customize Color Scales

I used to be able to manually enter the RGB codes to attain a specific color when creating a color scale, but can no longer do this. Choosing from the palette appears to be the only option available. Is this a bug?

    • RE: Permanently install plugin?

@rittels Ah I use Firefox - that could be why it isn't working. I will try Chrome and see what happens. Thanks!

    • RE: Permanently install plugin?

@rittels Thank you! Like you said, I made a bookmark and am using your script as the URL - when I go to windy.com and click this bookmark, it opens a blank page with [object Object] in the upper-left of the screen. What would I be doing wrong?

    • Permanently install plugin?

I frequently use the Load Plugin from NPM feature and use the plugin "windy-plugin-no-labels" to always keep labels off the map. Every time I close the tab or close my browser, this plugin disappears and I need to keep re-applying it. Is there any way to permanently install this plugin to my Windy account?

    • Map Viewing Options

Would it be at all possible to add an orthographic mapping option so we could view the planet in 3D like in Google Earth in addition to the standard 2D equirectangular map?

    • Location forecasts

I was wondering, is there any detailed explanation on what the Meteogram forecast option is? I see temperatures underneath the forecast temps and blotches at what look to be cloud top heights. I was just wondering if there is an explanation for all the features of the meteogram.

    • Temperature Enhancement Request

I absolutely love windy.com, and after being able to customize all my map colors, it's essentially my favorite weather application. I like how earth.nullschool.net uses the "Misery Index" to illustrate wind chills/heat indicies. It would be great if windy.com could add another layer to the map for wind chills/heat indicies. With so many other layers, I think this would be a terrific add-on for the product!
