In addition, your town is a big one with probably the « urban heat island » effect.

Global models like ECMWF and GFS are not really able to take this effect into account. But this effect is generally few degree more than countryside.
In Saõ Paulo there are 4 weather stations that you can see on Windy by selecting Reported temperature in right low corner.
Then when you click on a station you get a comparison of reported temperature and forecasted temperature:

You see that forecasted temperatures (dashed line) matches well enough with the observed temperatures (pink curve). You can check these 4 weather stations.
