I also ordered this app in the opinion to get Windy.com upgrade. Unfortunately I can no longer see the advertisement, but it looked very closely to Windy.com. After realizing the mix-up, I tried to cancel the purchase but Google Play refused.
It's annoying that others make money with the good reputation of windy.com ...

I purchased a Windy Premium annual subscription through Google play on my android phone, but the application do not recognized it. Clicking the Restore purchases button does absolutely nothing.
Support on email is only sending me the same automated toubleshooting steps that I already have done and mentioned it in my initial email.They did not even replay to my furhher emails.Very disappointed.
