In addition this cloudiness is due to high cloud which does not bring a real cloudy sky.
You can check it more precisely with Meteogram where these clouds are shown at more than 9000m height (the altitude scale is not shown in this screenshot because hidden on the left side of the panel)

The Cloud layer in my screenshot is used with a customized color scale where I have replaced the grey color for 20 % by a light white.
