About 9 months ago I reported an issue where our weather station pws-f0365d32 stopped appearing in the "nearby stations" popup when selecting a point closeby (https://community.windy.com/post/127249). We also report via CWOP, so it also appears as MADIS G1938.

The problem is still occurring. - neither of these appear when you select a nearby location and select Profestional First or By Distance...

You can search for the name of the weather station and find it via the search results...

I'm wondering if its something I am doing wrong? The name of the station originally had single quotes in it ("Brian 'Barney' Pinney Weather Station"), so thinking it might be a SQL escaping issue, I renamed it the "Marine Rescue Port Stephens" but that hasn't resolved the issue

We are keen for local boaters to find the service, so would appreciate any advise or investigation you can make.

Just wishing to follow up on the issue of our station not appearing in the nearby stations.

I've noticed neither our direct feed, nor our feed via MADIS, is appearing now in the search results...

...I can still search for the station in the search box and bookmark it directly.

Is this something we are doing wrong? I'm keen for boaters in the local community to be able to find our station.

Hi,

I manage the Nelson Bay weather station pws-f0365d32 which is reporting directly to Windy via the API under the name "Brian 'Barney' Pinney Weather Station" (a memorial to a deceased volunteer of Marine Rescue) , and is also contributing to CWOP, so appears as MADIS G1938.

If I search for the names, I can see the station and its live data...

...However, if I try to use the Nearby Stations feature, they don't appear...

...Ive noticed this happening since aorund the 20th of November. Previosuly both the MADIS and the PWS entry for our station appeared reliably in the Nearby Stations.

(We also host a BoM Stevenson Screen, hence WMO 95779 that does appear, but we only take observations from that at 0900 and 1500 and its obviously not 'live')

Is there something I'm doing wrong?
