I got an email from fastspring saying payment for renewal of premium had failed. I got a link from your site to update details and used that to confirm PayPal details and now see that I have been charged twice in Jul 2021, each for 18.99
You probably know this, but your account handling UI ergonomics are a bit shaky…
Please can you refund one of the charges but not both: I want to stay subscribed!)
