Isn't there anyone who knows if this app is still available on the iTunes store?

Help, I downloaded this to my Android phone but I also have an iPad and would like the app there as well. I searched on all the Weather apps and various spellings of WindyTV, WindyTy, etc. and it does not show up!

Is it still available on iOS devices?
