The alert is activated only when a specific set of conditions - including rain, snow, time, and wind - are all met simultaneously. If your alert is not triggering, it may be because one or more of these preset conditions are not being fulfilled.
Your alert has multiple conditions and some of them are preventing the alert to trigger
@mp3robbo It's good that they are granted.
There was a issue preventing sending you the alerts. It should be good now. I will check if they are now coming though.
One more note. The alerts are notifying users based on the conditions between the day 1 to 4 from now. The bell icon in the Windy.com app/web is showing if the conditions are met from the day 0 to 6. So it's still possible to see the icon and not be notified.

Meanwhile, can you please go to your mobile phone you want to get notifications Windy.com app and look into menu -> error console -> native apps -> check notification settings and write me first 5 characters?

If you open the Windy.com mobile appliaction, do you have your settings reset as well?
You write it happens frequently, can you tell us how often it is?
Aren't you tight on storage capacity? In that case, the mobile operating system can delete the data.

Hi @viking400 , how do you use Windy? Is it a mobile app, or browser? What is your device, operating system and browser?
Some of the login information is stored in your device. It it possible that it's deleted every time for various reasons like no disk space.

you can get there by Safari Menu > Preferences, then activating Developer Menu and then Safari Menu > Develop > Show Javascript Console

hi @wyvernsridge , do you have any other running applications in the web browser or as normal programs?
Can you please turn them off, or restart your computer and try it again?
@ortlepp this looks like a screenshot from the app, can you please try it inside a web browser?
It might help to close other tabs, apps and restart your phone.
