Hello,
On my PC (WIN10) with the new design I was presented today, I cannot click on dates on the time scale. The mark is fixed to current day/time and only chance to move forward is to click the autoplay button - awful slow to check the weather of the next days. Is there a new key/mouse combination needed to jump to the time scale for example of Thursday?

My Hobby is radio controlled modelplanes. I started in 1969 with this hobby with an interruption from about 1982-2014 due to my professional Motorsport carrier - Rallye, Le Mans, F1 as a technical manager in an OEM team. Beside modellplane flying for fun, I participate in competitions (F3F World- & Euro Cup). To decide where I have best conditions on the weekend for training, I use Windy.

RE: Zoom In to topographics not possible
@Ondřej-Šutera
Hello,
OK I found the Error Console (Fehlerkonsole) and it reports "Sweet, no errors reported :-)". Seems to me that there is no error log or that my issue was not classified as error.
Next visit to India is in 2024 and I will check again and also consolidate the error console in the moment the issue happens.
Kind regards from Graz/Austria

RE: Why does the picker disappear?
Hello,
I had the same "issue" which basically can be set to "always on". The default settings seems to be "9 seconds".
Open the Setup menu and there you find below the physical settings the "Autoclose weather picker" setup. Select "Always on".

RE: Zoom In to topographics not possible
@Suty
Hello from Delhi.
As promised I checked Windy today when being back to India.The problem that I cannot zoom further than level 11 does still exists - either PC with MS-Edge or Androide Smartphone (Samsung S10) - both at actual operating system updates. It does not matter which location in the world I want to zoom-in to a higher level than 11.
The debug console notices "Sweet, no error reported".Could it be, that for what ever reasons the Indian internet is blocking topographic maps?
Sending regards from Delhi

Windy Alarm - What is the altitude used?
Hello,
I use Windy Premium to select the locations for soaring (RC-gliders) on the weekends and during vacation. I use the Alarm Setting for selected slopes. As the altitude is not selectable at the alarm settings, I am not sure which altitude Windy uses for triggering the alarm.
Can you please explain which altitude of a location is used for triggering the alarm.Kind regards from Graz

@Korina
I am back in Europe and as expected the ZoomIn to levels >11 works perfectly.
For the countries I am globally travelling, the ZoomIn stops at level-11 in India only - Pune & Delhi area I can confirm.

RE: Zoom In to topographics not possible
Hello Admins,
I am back in India and again have the described problem.
I am travelling a lot around the world. All continents except Africa. I have no issues with Windy, except in India.
The problem described again:- When zooming in to the world map, at any location in the world, the zoom stops at level-11.
- I am not able to zoom in further., so the topographic map is shown (the map with the lines of height).
- This problem is identical with the desktop (PC) WIN10 and the mobile App (smartphone S10, Android V12).
- Access tried via WLAN at the Hotel, our company and GSM
You definitely have a problem when I am accessing Windy from India.
Kind regards
VolkerNB: Tomorrow I will ask an indian colleage to access Windy and try it on his PC
