I subscribed last week but now I want to cancel my premium account. Could you please give me a refund?
I subscribed to the 1h accurate forecast feature. None of the forecast models matched the actual weather worked on one particular day when I needed a detailed forecast. None of the forecast models showed persistent rain, even though it had already rained for two hours and would continue to rain for another half day. It doesn't seem to work well for me.

I realized 3h or even less accurate forecast model is enough for me.
