An update to our other message:
It seems a new dual-factor authentication for our outward facing assets has caused the image-hosting server to hiccup. So, it is fixed now and we will see if the webcam image updates soon.....

Webcam not updating for 5+ HOURS
Frequently our webcam does not update for 5-8 hours or even a whole day. What can we do to correct this? If we upgrade to premium, do we get more frequent/consistent webcam updates? We did just recently relocate the camera on our college campus, so I edited the Lat/Lon...... But should THAT cause a a sudden lack of updates starting at 3am in the morning and continuing for the last 5+ hours? Our image is being updated every 15 minutes and we checked that all is functioning and the image is updating/populating at the URL
