Premium subscription paid but still not receiving the service.
The topic says it all. I’ve paid for premium. Logged out and back into the app on iPhone and iPad but it does not provide premium features. Worse still, I keep getting adverts to buy premium! I’m sure it’s an an easy fix but with no direct contact function at windy it’s a bit frustrating to have to start a new post on the forum.
