@Suty That's understood, but still there are use cases where forecast SFC pressure and actual Wx observations are important (such as weather surveillance on big operational screens). Please reconsider!

Do not display outdated METAR
Aeronautical observations are very helpful, so the airport dots with the latest METAR in Windy are an important feature. However, it appears that old METARs are still considered although they do not reflect the current weather. This is a potential safety issue.
In a current example, due to industrial action no METAR for LPPR (Porto) is available on the morning of 16/08/2025. The last METAR was available at 23Z from 15/08/2025 but this is still displayed as "green" dot at 16/08/2025. Very likely there was fog and low cloud at that time but the old METAR indicates VFR conditions. My proposal, also standard for other METAR displays, is to not show METAR data older than e.g. 2 hours to not bear the risk of disseminating wrong or outdated information.

RE: ¿Con la última actualización ya no se puede ver presión atmosférica en el modo satélite?
The rationale is understood (not mixing forecast data with observational data) but this is now merely a half-cooked solution. If you stick to this principles and aim for better distinguishing of the various datasets, you should introduce better legends. Right now its very hard to see from which model is displayed (e.g. those Isobars), which model run is used, how old radar data is, which radar station is used for which pixel etc.
I understand Windy as non-professional software so it needs to be decided if slight inaccuracies are accepted (like model isobars and remote sensing observations in the same screen) or it goes full transparency with unambiguous legends for each data set visible - at least IMHO

@Suty Understood! Then we may need to reconsider whether Windy premium is the solution for us :)

Toggle button for Isolines broken when using Radar+ or Satellite
I appreciate the view possible in Windy where Radar, Lightning, Satellite and surface pressure is visible simultaneously. Since some recent update, the button for toggling Isolines is greyed out and you cannot display surface pressure isobares. However, if you open the drop-down menu for the different types of Isolines, they will appear. Seems to be a bug?

Adapt airport color with convective weather
Hi all,
thanks to Windy for providing this nice service! I have a request for the colored airport dots (VFR).
I have seen that airports with good visibility and cloud base but present weather SHRA or TSRA and TCU/CB appear green.
Although EASA SERA 5001 and 5005 do not prohibit VFR rules in the presence of convective weather as long as the VMC are maintained, I would expect that it should be highlighted to increase awareness and safety.
I have not seen yellow color yet - maybe the presence of TCU, CB, SH (+other suffix), TS (+other suffix) in the last METAR or similar report can be added to highlight this weather?
Thanks and best regards!
