Guidance on the following "https://windy.onfastspring.com/account" site indicates that I will receive an instruction via email, which I didn't receive in the last 10 hours after mutilpe tries.

How do I cancel the contract and get it refunded? Please advise.
Windy should have the cancellation function in it as it does when purchasing the api service.
