      @Suty Thanks! I did not previously see the attachment with the invoice. The transaction id is in the invoice. I was previously just looking at the email message and didn't see it.

      Note I still have not received an email response from Windy to the request for assistance from Paddle. That seems strange.

    • Premium gift subscription

      I bought a premium subscription to give as a gift with a difference email address based on this thread:

      I got the email confirmation but didn't see a way to give this subscription to somebody else. I queried paddle.net and they sent an email to Windy support about it. I have not heard back. Does Windy respond to emails to support@windy.com? If not how is a customer supposed to great support?

      I'm any case, can you tell me how to give this new subscription as a gift?

      There are no active chats. I was not allowed to create a new one to you (Forbidden error message). I sent an email message with the email address used for the problem purchase, from my current subscription email w****@oco****.com.

      Also note, as I say in the email:

      I have been asking for the registration information to be sent to me, or refund the charge amount of $24.99. However now I see that the charge from Paddle.com is still shown as Pending. But I also see a pending $-24.99 credit from Stripe! The last 14 digits of the transaction number are the same for both but the preceding 8 digits are different. Maybe all that is needed is for both to go through, or both be cancelled.

    • Premium Purchase Problem

      I sent the following email to support@windy.com yesterday and have not received a reply. I also tried posting under Windy Account with no reply! How am I supposed to get support! I hope Windy can help me here.

      I purchased Premium at windy.com 2 days ago in the afternoon with a different email address than for my own account as I plan to give the subscription as a gift. There was an error saying you couldn't take my payment. But then the charge showed up on my credit card. However, I have not received an email with me registration information. I checked me spam folder as well.

      Can you please send the registration information or refund the charge?

      I didn't want to put the email address in a bulletin board. Can you email me at my own account email I am logged into here?

      Thanks, that took care of it. I kept selecting the wind gusts layer on the top level menu and the slide bar does not work with that. When I select the wind layer on the Addl layers menu and the altitude slide bar works again.

      The altitude slide bar was working great until a few days ago. Now it is grayed out and so disabled on the Android app. It still works on the website. How do I get this slide board to work again?

      I don't see a way to feel isolines at different altitudes. From various comments I see people talk about isolines at different altitudes or pressures. But I only see what I think is the surface pressure isolines. Changing altitudes with the slide bar does not change the isolines at all. I've tried it with all the models and have the same results.
