The map basically freezes and will not play the motion mode esp. with the satellite selection. Its become rather useless as my goto weather app. Very undependable for something I had to pay for. I hate I have recommended it to so many people.

This is still a mostly useless app. There has been no weather in the US according to your weather map though all the other free weather site do show weather in the US. I am very aggravated at the half assed site which you think is so great. esp as I had to pay for it. It worked quite well until I paid for it. I basically just wanted to see more than one hour of past weather. For the last three days there in no play button or weather to play. Just a outline of the US which does nothing for me except waste my time looking. Do you have a phone number in which i may use to talk to a human about my issues. Thanks Mike
