Follow the step by step guide you mentioned above on my laptop, when I select the "Restore purchases" option, I am prompted to enter an Order Reference, which I haven't received.

Did the same on my iPad and got the following error message "Your subscription is no longer active. It has probably expired or been cancelled at your initiative. If you think this is a mistake, send us the invoice you received with your purchase at support@windy.com"
On this last note... I do remember I had to cancel the subscription the options of my iPad, so I wonder if there is something else additionally I should do at this stage?

@korina Indeed... I can see my premium badge here... but it still doesn't appear on the windy.com website, neither in iOS app. I was trying to attach a picture I took from my laptop but I get an error message saying I don't have enough privileges to upload.

@korina, I was a premium user before, then I cancel my subscription and re-activated again. In all platforms, iOS, android and windows I can’t still see my badge and not able to get the premium features.

Subscribed but still not active
I subscribed to become Premium user but, after a few days, I’m still not activated. Anyone knows if I need to do something myself or, just need to wait? And, f so, how long does it takes?
