Yes, this a bug that has been reported by the Android app users. It is planned to fix it shortly. In the meantime you can use the browser version of Windy on your phone.
@pasilva Hello, the issue is likely due to the screen size of 12", which is relatively small. You should also use 100% value. I recommend trying another browser, but other than that, we are not able to change it.
