I need help from the customer support. I wanna dismiss my premium subscription but I do not receive the email containing the instructions to be followed to cancel it (I've been trying since this morning) My subscription is paid until the 18th of December so I need asap information about how to proceed.

I would like to cancel my premium subscription but when I try to manage it I do not receive any email (I've checked the spam section too). What can I do to cancel the subscription?
