@gaetano-mura I received an email from Petra at Windy and my situation is being resolved. My situation was an error on the part of Apple App Store. Good luck getting your problem solved.

Windy Premium Not Loading
I purchased Windy Premium on my I-Pad from the Apple App Store on December 24,2020. I purchased the one year subscription for $29.99. I have received confirmation from Apple of the purchase. I have not had any change to my existing Windy forecasts and can see that I am not getting hourly updates from Windy Premium. I have read the FAQ and tried to “restore purchase” and receive a message stating “We didn’t find any purchases to restore”.
I have sent a couple of emails to support@windy but have not heard anything back.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

@gaetano-mura I have had the same problem. I purchased “premium” on my I pad, received payment confirmation, have tried to “restore” and received the message stating “no service found to restore”. I have sent two emails to Windy asking for help but have not heard back. I’ll give them a couple more days to respond due to Christmas holidays. If I don’t hear back I’ll also cancel the payment/subscription.
