Is it possible to communicate a net link (URL for the kmz/kml) of the doserate stations. I would like to upload it to a googleearth map ?

How you have the Eurdep data in your map, cause https://remon.jrc.ec.europa.eu/About/Rad-Data-Exchange do not share the data normaly !!!
