I just subscribed to your premium service because (among other factors) it provides an option to start up focused on the location of my choice and displaying the map layer of my choice. Could you also add a startup zoom level and map center to those options. For example, I live near Spring, Texas, so I have added my geographic coordinates as a favorite that I call "Home". When I start up, I'd prefer to see the entire contiguous US (the "lower 48"), with the map not centered on my home, but rather centered on a point in Kansas. I'd still like the point forecast be for Home rather than Kansas, though.

I am a new user, and I love this tool. However, I see a station reporting a temperature of -561C, a physical impossibility. I suggest filtering out impossible values. It would also be good, though computationally expensive, to filter out improbable values -- the algorithm that comes to mind is to compute the first derivative of the displayed variable with respect to position along an east-west axis (or north-south or both) and delete points that give rise to unbelievable slope values. But, as that takes a lot of CPU, it might be better to let a user press the value to open its data sheet and then toggle a switch to either remove it or report it to you for editorial attention.
