Hi, I don´t know if you have already solved this problem or not. Today I am struggling the same topic. The only chance how to make the Uploader tool visible in the mobile app is, to send (somehow) the web link with your imported track (kml, gpx..) which you created via your desktop (web) app. Then, once you click on the link in your mobile device, the Windy app opens together with the Uploader "plug-in". There you can see your cloud saved files or you can open other kml/gpx files saved in your mobile device....

I also found an other option: Once you open your file (kmp, gpx..) in the Uploader plugin in the desktop Windy app you DO NOT make the choice: "Save file to cloud" BUT choice the option "Open in route planner" and then you choice the option on the bottom bar "Save into your favourites". Thus, you will find your kml or gpx file/track in your Favourites bookmark in your mobile device as well.
