I have contacted you to cancel my windy premium subscription which I signed up for inadvertently.
Todybyou have deducted £149.99 from my bank account.
Would you please refund this.
On 13/02/2023 I pressed the premium button by mistake. I thought I had cancelled it by deleting the Ap but obviously not.

I have Windy free and inadvertently pressed professional.
I thought I had cancelled it straight away by deleting the App.
However I have noticed that today you have taken £149.99 from my NatWest account.
This was an error so would you please reimburse me as soon as you can?
