For some reason, the name of Manila, the capital city of Philippines, is not shown in the weather map until we zoom to the degree that the map changes to the topographic type of map.

The time bar is only displayed and available when a specific forecast model is selected. If "Compare forecasts" is selected, the time bar is not available anymore and the vertical dashed line that is normally placed at the current date and time is missing too.
