No idea why, but Windy regularly disconnects with the only radar in Panama. Ironic, considering it was here (in 1944) that Panama was the location of "the earliest organized military radar network used explicitly for weather surveillance by U.S. forces during World War II".

What's up with satellite drag?
24-hour satellite (in all forms) has been "blanking out" overnight hours for weeks now, specifically vertically in the ET and CT time zones... both north and southern hemispheres. I'm in Panama, and we've no decent radar down here... so patterns matter, and it's all we've got. So... I'm paying for premium, and it would be pretty nice to friggin' have it!

Why no "rain accumulation" in the past tense???
An incredible amount of info with paid membership, but can't understand why there's nothing about "rain accumulation" in the past 12/24/48/72 hours??? I hear from friends globally about severe events and flooding "in the past" day or two, but as simple as it is to report this, there's NOTHING I can find to check what's happened on Windy.
Wow.
