What do you mean with “specific wind direction”?
In Settings you can choose the show the wind direction in cardinal or in degrees both referring to the true north.
Meteogram shows only arrows, but no cardinal or direction in degrees.
The wind direction is displayed at the point you select on the map.

In Meteogram the accumulation of rain or snow is that predicted during the previous 3 hours.
If you want to know the accumulated snowfalls during several days, they are shown in the New snow layer.

By the way this accumulation is not the depth of snow laying on the ground, which results of snowfall, self compaction and melting.
