@marekd hello planning an itinerary is still not working on I pad or I phone nor android 2023

Planning an itinerary with an I pad .After selecting the road the elevation window does not appear and I can not keep going nor with an I pad nor with my phone .Utube only shows with a computer.Is there a bug .could you please help me to figure it out
