I'm a guy from Brazil and I saw your app on Google Play and got interested.
I downloaded the application and when I saw that I would need to pay I uninstalled it because at the moment I couldn't spend money on these things.
I don't know what happened but the annual subscription fee was deducted from my credit card statement.
I had seen that something had been deducted from my credit card but I did not remember that I had even downloaded your application because I had not completed the purchase.
I went to check my email and saw that a receipt from Google Pay had arrived saying that an annuity called Windy had been discounted.
I'm here contacting you because something was discounted from my credit card that I hadn't purchased.
What can you do for me?
