@Rach9 It's almost as if weather forecasting is difficult and one should learn about the atmosphere, investigate multiple guidance models and weather service resources in their area before determining the "validity" of an app providing a significant amount of data, all in one place, to everyone for free.
In your case, maybe the HRRR, Meteoblue or Icon are handling the atmosphere better today?
