When I look at the active radar, there is often a brown color pattern under the standard intensity and precipitation colors. The brown moves along with the prevailing patterns. What does the brown represent?

I got a renewal notice this morning for my Premium subscription. No number of attempts with the same credit card I've used before got me anything but a denial.

All messages to FastSpring were returned. I'd love to renew, but don't know how to get past this block.

After being away for two weeks and not using the version on my PC, I now see that the progress bar on the radar screen is split in half - white for previous imagery and red for upcoming.

What did I miss? Can it be changed back to the previous method?

The ECMWF seems to be the most accurate for my locale, but having the ability to compare the different models gives me more overall confidence in any given forecast. and, they are just that - forecasts, not guarantees.

@Korina And - FastSpring keeps giving me the runaround and sends me to multiple e-mail addresses to answer a simple question. They are NOT easy to deal with !

@Korina The cancellation method is not clear. DO I just remove my credit card? Why can't I toggle between auto and manual? FastSpring isn't a whole lot more help, aside form them managing my switch to manual. Why can't I do it?

I'm happy to subscribe and support this amazing site, but don't like the auto renewal feature. The query to FastSpring brings up an endless loop and is of no help. How can I change to a non-auto renewal status?
