As a guest student at the FU-Berlin (also at the Meteorological Institute)
following reference to your link to one of the three webcams on the "weather tower" of the institute.
In german: Teltow: Berlin Steglitz - Aussicht vom Wetterturm Dahlem
This tower (formerly a water tower) is located on the Fichteberg in Berlin-Steglitz and has been used by the Meteorological Institute of the FU-Berlin since 1983.
Including weather observation station (Station 10381)
The Fichteberg is part of the geological plateau (Teltow), which stretches from Brandenburg to Berlin-Mitte (south of the Spree).
The city Teltow is not part of the city of Berlin.

Your description/location of the webcam:
Teltow: Berlin Steglitz - View from the weather tower Dahlem is not really correct.
Maybe just leave out "Teltow:" and somehow add "Fichteberg".
