On iPhone app, when looking at sounding, cannot change time/day

Cannot change time of day in Sounding forecastposted in Your Feedback and Suggestions
When using the sounding forecast on the iPhone app, the option to change the time is no longer available. This is important to compare the sounding as it changes throughout the day.
Also, when opening the sounding, it moves the point of the forecast to the top of the screen. Then when the sounding window is closed the point does not come back to the center of the screen.
