On iPhone for the point forecast you have to slide the map under the point at top third of the screen otherwise you get a WRONG local forecast.
And this is also valid for Sounding feature !
Concerning the possibility to change the time for Sounding forecast in the mobile app, I’ve heard this is a planned modification.
