You can use this tool from the NOAA based on GFS model:
Hysplit gives you the trajectory of the air parcel reaching a location, at different altitude above this location.

On Windy there is a plugin which works in the other way. It gives the air trajectory from a location. It is useful for air balloon trips.
Menu > Install Windy plugin> Trajectory
